This is one of the original bolt pullers designed by Geir Hundal and distributed by the Access Fund. They use a half inch bolt rather than ball screw to generate tensile force and pull wedge or sleeve bolts. Geir has information on his site with instructions to build your own, which can be done with minimal tools. They are made available for purchase for those unable or not interested in making their own.
